You can track the progress of your order by logging into
your account. You'll be able to find out whether your order has been shipped yet. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an automated e-mail letting you know we dispatched your parcel and in most cases, a link to the tracking page of the courier service we have used to send the parcel, where you can follow the progress of the parcel. Despite all our efforts, unforeseen delays may occur. Especially delays caused by couriers are unfortunately out of our hands. If your order still has not reached you one week after the estimated date of delivery,
contact us.
If you have ordered by accident, or need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
