Just received my first bottle two days ago from Absinthe.com. Let it settle, and opened this morning and just had my first glass. So smooth and rich, with a beautiful louche and coloring. Highlights are notable but not overdone. Definitely my favorite absinthe verde so far!

Incredible nose, tongue to belly. Nothing as flavorful... I am a bourbon fan and always struggled with Scotch until this. The 16 year is top notch.
Outstanding absinthe. My favorite blue so far. Definately recommend.
