For the purest experience, drink chilled in a wine glass.
Or for the ultimate refreshing summer drink, served one third Yzaguirre blanco in a tall glass, topped up with chilled sparkling water and a wedge of fruit.

This vermouth is not so great as Noilly Prat, Formula Antica or Oliver Matters vermouth. It seems like it wasn't macerated but flavored as cheap Cinzano or Martini. The color proofs it too - very pale. Yzaguirre has also ton of sugar! However it is still better and more drinkable as vermouth from supermarket.
I am very glad to see vermouths on absinthes.com. It is a great aperitif which contains and gets its name from wormwood just like an Absinthe. I hope there will be more different brands available.
