Yzaguirre Rojo Reserva works well chilled, by itself. It is a natural choice for the Negroni or a Manhattan.

Yzaguirre makes a solid Negroni and/or Americano. The deep flavours balance well with the sweetness. On the other hand, Yzaguirre wil ruin any Manhattan so use wisely.

Yzaquirre Reserva Rojo is by far one of the best vermouths in the market. With a slice of orange and a couple of olives it makes for a great aperitif.

This vermouth is not one of the best I have tried, but it is pretty enjoyable.
By most vermouth makers the red versions are better than white ones. The Yzaguirre is not an exception. Due to red wine and some additional herbs it tastes more balanced and finer than blanco.
