All of Jade Liqueurs fine beverages are produced traditionally in Saumur, France. With the Jade AbsinthExplore Set you can try 3 of their fine absinthes.

Jade Liqueurs range of ultra premium absinthe products are handcrafted and are distilled in copper bain marie stills that were acquired directly from the Pernod Fils distillery. They have a capacity of 1150 liters, were built entirely by hand around 1870 and feature full hydro-rectification.

Each Jade absinthe bottle is encapsulated by hand in the traditional wax, and each receives the Jade Liqueurs seal of authenticity.

A Boheme absinthe spoon finishes the set, the ideal tool for adding sugar your drink in the traditional manner. The set is accompanied by 3 packs of sugar cubes.

The Jade Esprit Edouard absinthe, a replica of the historical Edouard Pernod, is an absinthe for connoisseurs.

By 1897, the house of Edouard Pernod boasted a reputation for crafting some of the best absinthe the world has ever known. At the time of the ban (in 1915 in France), Edouard Pernod had become the 3rd largest absinthe distiller in France. The Edouard Pernod label was considered by many absinthe connoisseurs to be one of the finest marques, certainly on par with the famed Pernod Fils, A. Junod and Fritz Duval labels.

Almost a century later, bottles of perfectly preserved Edouard Pernod absinthe have yielded the secrets of this famed producer. The exquisite taste of this antique absinthe is incredibly smooth and delicious.

The Jade Esprit Edouard absinthe is a fabulously faithful reproduction of the famous Edouard Pernod 72° absinthe that was highly popular during the Belle Époque. It is absolutely correct to the original, from its delicate tint, to its refined texture and delightfully aromatic finish.

The Jade V.S. 1898 absinthe, a replica of the historical C.F. Berger, is an absinthe for connoisseurs.

The distillery of C. F. Berger was founded in Couvet, in the canton of Neufchâtel, Switzerland in 1823. The Berger distillery crafted several Swiss style absinthes, the most famous of these being the C. F. Berger 65º absinthe verte, which earned its status as one of the premier absinthes of the 19th century. Unfortunately, the C. F. Berger distillery came to a halt with the Swiss ban of 1910, and the distillery ceased all activities in Switzerland shortly after.

This fine Swiss absinthe was almost lost forever if it had not been for the resurfacing of original, unopened bottles, which Jade Liqueurs was able to secure for preservation. Using proprietary analytical techniques, Jade Liqueurs has resurrected this beautiful liquor from extinction.

It is an accurate recreation of the C. F. Berger absinthe and is identical to the original down to incredibly minute details. It is crafted entirely by hand using select botanicals from the original regions, and is carefully distilled in absinthe sills that were obtained directly from Pernod Fils in the early 20th century.

The Jade VS 1898 absinthe recalls a century-old tradition of fine Swiss style absinthes, and enables connoisseurs to savour a journey into history.

This 3-star Armaganc has received 86/100 points by Gilbert & Gaillard in 2016.

I loved the Jade 1901, but the other two didn't excite me. I smelled musky vegetation over top the anise and I found it a bit off putting. I find myself gravitating towards brighter absinthe with a more even balance of wormwood and anise. Besides, 1901, the wormwood and fennel tastes more in the front.

This is an elegantly-packaged set that is a perfect way to introduce a friend to absinthe, or to sample an absinthe that is new to you without comitting to an entire bottle. Shipping was fast and customer service was superb! Highly recommnded!

I think you should offer more sample selections because it makes the decision more easy. One do not have to buy a 0.7L bottle for tasting.
The absinthes in this are very good.
Perferct product for beginners.
