1 Absinthe Apocalypse

The Absinthe Apocalypse is not only an outstanding design, it is also a high-quality absinthe!

The Absintherie Bourbonnaise has succeeded in creating a modern and stylish absinthe while respecting traditional techniques and ingredients. This is real absinthe.

The first high-quality spirit presented in a skull bottle was Crystal Head Vodka. Absinthe Apocalypse is much more interesting than a vodka could ever be though, with a rich variety of high quality herbs including the classic anise, grand wormwood and fennel.

This Absinthe captivates with its own character. An authentic Absinthe naturally colored, and distinguished by its subtle herbaceous notes. In terms of aroma and taste, lemon and peppermint are easily distinguishable.

The name Absinthe Apocalypse was inspired by a section of The Book of Revelation, also known as as The Apocalypse Of Saint John. Parts of Revelation Chapter 8 are also printed on the bottle:

And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters;

2 Absinthe Glass Tarragona

An elegant absinthe glass, of a kind originally made in Spain during the 1920s and 30s.

2 Absinthe Spoon Eye - Chrome

An eye decorates the middle of the head of this absinthe spoon.

This spoon fits perfectly in one of our hardcover spoon boxes, available in black and green.

Handle : Flat, with a curved bend.
Head : It is hollowed-shaped, it is uncommon for an absinthe spoon

1 Carafe for Absinthe

This water carafe for absinthe has been specially commissioned by Absinthes.com

A reproduction of an absinthe carafe from over 100 years ago, the small spout or beak allows for exact control over the drip, making it possible to get the perfect louche, to an even greater degree than with an absinthe fountain! Its shape, designed specifically for preparing absinthe, allows for fine control of the water flow without spilling water or ice.

We have gone through a painstaking prototyping process to ensure the carafes were just the right size and shape, and we are thrilled with the final result. It's hard to imaging using any other carafe now.

Sugar

Sugar isn't always the same - some sugar cubes you can buy at your local super market may have been pressed together too tightly, and won't easily dissolve when you drip water over them.

This is why these sugar cubes are ideal for the French ritual - especially made for the preparation of absinthe, they start to dissolve immediately when water is dripped over them.

This set includes 17 packs with 2 sugar cubes contained in each of them, this should enable you to have the sugar last for a whole bottle of absinthe.
