Absinthe HR Giger Wolfsmilch - 50cl

Has an interesting milky flavor to it. Not my favorite absinthe, but pretty enjoyable.

Didn't realize how delectable absinthe could be until I tried this one. That milky color explodes in the glass with the perfect drip. H.R. Giger was an amazing artist but I do believe this might be his masterpiece.

This is a very tasty absinthe. The louche is wonderful and upon a slow drip you can see a beautiful emerald green layer form at the top of your glass as the oils rise releasing great flavor. I had read several positive reviews and had to try this absinthe for myself. A truly classic taste, enjoyable to the novice and connoisseur in my opinion. But why only four stars? While it's very good, I couldn't find that one unique characteristic to put it over the top. The overall experience is great, but I couldn't find anything (at least to me) that really set it aside from other wonderful absinthes either. But who know? Maybe you'll feel different. I would recommend you get some before the quantities run out.

Forget about it. This is a Breitling or a Rolex as far as quality. A classy absinthe that is highly desirable because of its mellow, sophisticated palate. Pricey drop here. But I can guarantee zero disappointment to be had. If you hunt for top tier green drop, this elixer should be at the top of your list.

Wow! Probably the one word to some up Wolfsmilch. Out of the bottle it is nearly clear, i could barely see any green in it all, i asked myself whats going on here?? I louched it with slow drip which produced prolonged gentle swirls working its way into one of the most enticing colors I've ever laid eyes on! Lovely pale green. Wormwood is king here, with other flavors hard to grasp as they in the back and as noted in description it is a mellow verte, over watering would ruin it pretty quick. I myself usually prefer more complex drops but this is made so finely and the fact I like wormwood to come through first which lingers with a hint of peppery finish. Alcohol heat is very well hidden considering how gentle the flavors are which impressed me. I would give it 4 and half stars if possible but since there's not bad to really say about, I give it five. Just remember if you want powerful flavors I wouldn't go here, but powerful effect. YES!
